With our training program, along with our amazing nutrition program, we are both passionate and enthusiastic about transforming the health and bodies of all our clients. The FIT Room’s boot camp program has been our go to program since we first opened.  With a variety of classes ranging from strength days, cardio days, core days, and a little bit of everything on other days, it’s guaranteed that you’re going to get an amazing workout every time you come in. With a different workout everyday, your body will transform itself through all our programs. No matter what your fitness level is, we make the program work for you.

Our strength classes are focused on strength movements to help strengthen and tone your body. The workouts can be focused on full body days, upper body days, lower body days, or even a split of muscle groups on other days. You’ll always leave a strength class pumped up and feeling good.

The FIT room is proof that you don’t need a cardio machine to get a great heart pumping cardio workout. Our cardio days are hard and fast paced. They burn a ton of calories too. You’ll always leave sweaty!

In our core and more classes, we focus the majority of the class on your abs, being the ‘core’ part, and with the ‘more’ part being a mixture of other things from strength or cardio exercises. Your abs will definitely be on fire after one of these workouts.

The rest of the workouts below combine the 3 fundamentals of exercise:

Strength, Cardio, and Core but we use different styles to put you through the workout.

A fast paced workout where you work hard for 20-30 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and can repeat that same exercise anywhere between 4-8 times. Always a favourite class for our members.

The classic circuit is a full body workout with a little bit of everything. You’ll leave feeling the strength pump, the heart pump, and the burn in the abs. Usually focused on 2-3 circuits of 10 exercises, you’ll get a good mixture of everything in this workout

With a set time allotted to a group of exercises (2-4), you’ll try to get through as many rounds as you can of those exercises in a time frame of 5-10 minutes depending on the workout. You’ll be counting your own reps here during the time of each round aiming for “As Many Rounds As Possible”.

We do this workout in a few different ways but all we can say is that when it’s done, you’ll certainly be feeling it.  Starting with 1 exercise, every round you continue to add, or ‘Accumulate’ one to the first exercise, and when all is said is done, you’re doing 8-10 rounds per exercise.

This workout focuses on 3 variations of the same muscle group and exercise. We exhaust 3 muscles with a lot of focus on each movement, and it’s variations. For example, if it's squats, push ups, and sit ups, you’ll do those exercises with variations to give the legs, upper body and core a great workout.

This workout is similar to a circuit but this time we break up the circuit into smaller groups of 3-4 exercises with 3-4 sections which you will cycle (or ‘circuit’) through before moving on to the next mini circuit.

Another favourite workout, this focuses on you doing 2 exercises at a time until you’re done the sets/time assigned to each superset. Usually there are 5-6 supersets within a workout and you get a bit of everything in every superset.

    Owner & Coach

    With 8 years of experience in the fitness world as a coach, I've had the opportunity to meet and transform the lives of so many people. I created The FIT Room almost 4 years ago with the intention to change and inspire the fitness world, and all the amazing people out there looking to be healthy, lean, and FIT. We are in phase 1 of influencing over 1 million people by the year 2030. That’s my why. That’s my passion. The FIT room is here to help you reach your goals starting with my help and my amazing team.

    Head Trainer

    I am here to help you succeed in your fitness journey ensuring it’s done in an energetic and safe way.  I have a background as a Personal Training Specialist (PTS), a Fascia Stretching Specialist (FST), as well as a Cross Fit Level 1 Trainer. Coaching gives me the chance to directly work with people to help them live a healthier lifestyle. I love watching all our members improve, succeed, reach and even surpass their goals!

    Graduating from York University with a Kinesiology degree, health and fitness have always been passions of mine. I started at The FIT Room almost two years ago as a member and shortly after became part of The FIT Room team. I love helping our members achieve their goals and encouraging a healthy lifestyle through a strong mind and healthy body.

    I was always a smaller guy throughout my life until I was introduced to working out. I love The FIT Room because the atmosphere is unmatched and it’s a place to accomplish things you never thought were possible. I am aspiring to be a firefighter which makes fitness and nutrition extremely important to me. I’m an old soul who loves having fun while working out and I incorporate that into my classes!

    Fitness has been a part of my daily life for the past 10 years. After losing nearly 90 pounds, I experienced firsthand the life changing effects that fitness, along with healthy nutrition, has on us. Being a Coach at the FIT Room gives me an opportunity to inspire, motivate and help members in all walks of life reach their goals and beyond.

    Growing up I was a very active kid excited to join every sports team my school had to offer. As time passed, I was introduced to the gym and the rest was history. Working out has not only made me stronger physically, but more importantly mentally. It’s shown me that you can set any goals and crush them, and it's proved to me to never doubt my abilities. I believe my purpose in life is to show others the benefits fitness has to offer, and to empower, motivate, support and guide those willing to work towards a well-balanced healthy lifestyle, but most importantly to HAVE FUN while doing it!

    Client Services

    After leaving The FIT Room to pursue my career in the fashion industry, I came back because I love being part of the FIT Room family. I love coming into work everyday knowing that I will be seeing my amazing coworkers and our lovely members. The Studio is filled with inspiring and motivating individuals and I love to be part of that everyday.

    Client Services

    I love seeing all the smiles that walk through the door every day. I love training at The FIT Room too on top of being a team member, and I love doing squats (unless it’s wall ball squats). My health goal for the future is to squat over 200 pounds, and personally to become a lawyer.

    Registered Massage Therapist

    I received my massage training from Bryan College and am a member at the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Through my past and present athletic activities, I understand the importance of being pain free to achieve peak performance. In my treatments, I use a variety of techniques to help achieve my client's goals. Some techniques I use are myofascial trigger point release, passive stretching and joint mobilization. All of these techniques decrease pain/discomfort, increase mobility and improve day-to-day functions.

    Registered Physiotherapist

    I graduated from the University of Sydney Australia with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Masters of Physiotherapy in 2013. I’ve been a registered member of the Ontario College of Physiotherapy since 2015 and have primarily worked in private clinical settings for the past 5 years. Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist, I worked as a Remedial Massage and Sports Injury Therapist in Australia for 10 years.
