The FIT Room is a fitness studio that offers high end boot camps and nutrition coaching to our community. With our training program, along with our amazing nutrition program, we get results.

The Fit Room’s boot camp program has been our go to program since we first opened in 2015. With a variety of classes ranging from strength days, to cardio days, to core days, and a little bit of everything on other days, it’s guaranteed that you’re going to get an amazing workout every time you come in. With a different workout everyday, your body will transform itself. No matter what your fitness level is, we make the program work for you.
The Fit room’s Strength camp studio began in 2018 and is a big part of what separates us from other studios. This room is 100% dedicated to Strength based classes. Strength Camp has been a huge success to go along with our boot camp program. Combined with the boot camp classes, these classes give you the edge to help you get the results you really want. Like our boot camp program, no matter what your fitness level is, we make the program work for you!
Our nutrition program is a huge part of what The Fit Room offers. We know that diet is extremely important when it comes to getting the best results possible.
When you sign up, you will receive our nutrition program. With the detailed program, 1-on-1 and group coaching, our video library, webinars, workshops, and more, you’ll learn a lot about nutrition and how to make the nutrition program work for you. We also coach you on supplements and what supplements you should be taking. And much more!
