What We Do

The FIT Room is a fitness studio that offers high end boot camps and nutrition coaching to our community. With our training program, along with our amazing nutrition program, we get results.


We remove the guesswork from all the stressed out and frustrated people out there who have failed to get results and stick to other programs by having created The FIT room experience.


The Fit Room’s boot camp program has been our go to program since we first opened in 2015.  With a variety of classes ranging from strength days, to cardio days, to core days, and a little bit of everything on other days, it’s guaranteed that you’re going to get an amazing workout every time you come in. With a different workout everyday, your body will transform itself. No matter what your fitness level is, we make the program work for you.

Strength Camp

The Fit room’s Strength camp studio began in 2018 and is a big part of what separates us from other studios. This room is 100% dedicated to Strength based classes. Strength Camp has been a huge success to go along with our boot camp program. Combined with the boot camp classes, these classes give you the edge to help you get the results you really want. Like our boot camp program, no matter what your fitness level is, we make the program work for you!

Nutrition Coaching

Our nutrition program is a huge part of what The Fit Room offers. We know that diet is extremely important when it comes to getting the best results possible.


When you sign up, you will receive our nutrition program. With the detailed program, 1-on-1 and group coaching, our video library, webinars, workshops, and more, you’ll learn a lot about nutrition and how to make the nutrition program work for you. We also coach you on supplements and what supplements you should be taking. And much more!

    Owner & Coach

    With 10 years of experience in the fitness world as a coach, I've had the opportunity to meet and transform the lives of so many people. I created The Fit Room over 5 years ago with the intention to change and inspire the fitness world, and all the amazing people out there looking to be more healthy, lean, fit and happier.

    Graduating from York University with a Kinesiology degree, health and fitness have always been passions of mine. I started at The Fit Room almost two years ago as a member and shortly after became part of The Fit Room team. I love helping our members achieve their goals and encouraging a healthy lifestyle through a strong mind and healthy body.

    Branding Specialist

    After leaving The Fit Room to pursue my career in the fashion industry, I came back because I love being part of the Fit Room family. I love coming into work everyday knowing that I will be seeing my amazing coworkers and our lovely members. The Studio is filled with inspiring  individuals and I love to be part of that everyday.

    Growing up I was a very active kid excited to join every sports team my school had to offer. As time passed, I was introduced to the gym and the rest was history.  I believe my purpose in life is to show others the benefits fitness has to offer, and to empower, motivate, support and guide those willing to work towards a well-balanced healthy lifestyle, but most importantly to HAVE FUN while doing it!

    Fitness has been a part of my daily life for the past 10 years. After losing nearly 90 pounds, I experienced firsthand the life changing effects that fitness, along with healthy nutrition, has on us. Being a Coach at the Fit Room gives me an opportunity to inspire, motivate and help members in all walks of life reach their goals and beyond.

    Client Services

    I love seeing all the smiles that walk through the door every day. I love training at The FIT Room too on top of being a team member, and I love doing squats (unless it’s wall ball squats). My health goal for the future is to squat over 200 pounds.

    Registered Massage Therapist

    Marc is a Registered Massage Therapist and has been practicing for 7 years. Marc is passionate about helping people overcome injuries and helping them return to pre-injury form. Through his practice, he has worked with athletes from many different sports to the everyday person looking to feel and move better. He uses a variety of techniques to help his clients reach their goals including myofascial trigger point release and joint mobilization.i

    Registered Physiotherapist

    I graduated from the University of Sydney Australia with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Masters of Physiotherapy in 2013. I’ve been a registered member of the Ontario College of Physiotherapy since 2015 and have primarily worked in private clinical settings for the past 5 years. Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist, I worked as a Remedial Massage and Sports Injury Therapist in Australia for 10 years.

    Registered Psychotherapist

    I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and an advocate for mental health awareness. I work with clients who present a range of concerns, such as relationship struggles, communication issues, boundary exploration, anxiety, depression, excessive stress, low self-esteem, and anger management.

    Registered Massage Therapist

    Craig is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been practicing for 6 years. Through his past and present athletic activities, Craig understands the importance of being pain free to achieve peak performance. In his treatments, he uses a variety of techniques to help him achieve his clients goals. All of these techniques decrease pain and increase mobility including day to day function.

In our core and more classes, we focus the majority of the class on your abs, being the ‘core’ part, and with the ‘more’ part being a mixture of other things from strength or cardio exercises. Your abs will definitely be on fire after one of these workouts.
