What We Do

The Fit Room is a fitness studio that offers high end boot camps and nutrition coaching to our community. With our training program, along with our amazing nutrition program, we get results.

 

We remove the guesswork from all the stressed out and frustrated people out there who have failed to get results and stick to other programs by having created The FIT room experience.

Bootcamp

The Fit Room’s boot camp program has been our go to program since we first opened in 2015.  With a variety of classes ranging from strength days, to cardio days, to core days, and a little bit of everything on other days, it’s guaranteed that you’re going to get an amazing workout every time you come in. With a different workout everyday, your body will transform itself. No matter what your fitness level is, we make the program work for you.

Strength Camp

The Fit room’s Strength camp studio began in 2018 and is a big part of what separates us from other studios. This room is 100% dedicated to Strength based classes. Strength Camp has been a huge success to go along with our boot camp program. Combined with the boot camp classes, these classes give you the edge to help you get the results you really want. Like our boot camp program, no matter what your fitness level is, we make the program work for you!

Nutrition Coaching

Our nutrition program is a huge part of what The Fit Room offers. We know that diet is extremely important when it comes to getting the best results possible.

 

We focus on improving your habits and taking steps to get you to where you need to go with your eating and diet.

With two nutrition coaching programs to chose from, both will help you get to the fit and lean body, plus great health you want!

We focus on the fundamentals: Strength, Cardio, and Core.

And we use different styles of workouts to help you get results!

Intense Workout
ACCUMULATOR
ACCUMULATOR

We do this workout in a few different ways but all we can say is that when it’s done, you’ll certainly be feeling it. Starting with 1 exercise, every round you continue to add, or ‘Accumulate’ one to the first exercise, and when all is said is done, you’ve doing 8-10 rounds per exercise.

AMRAP
AMRAP

With a set time allotted to a group of exercises (2-4), you’ll try to get through as many rounds as you can of those exercises in a time frame of 5-10 minutes depending on the workout. You’ll be counting your own reps here during the time of each round aiming for “As Many Rounds As Possible”.

CARDIO
CARDIO

The FIT room is proof that you don’t need a cardio machine to get a great heart pumping cardio workout. Our cardio days are hard and fast paced. They burn a ton of calories too. You’ll always leave sweaty!

CIRCUIT
CIRCUIT

The classic circuit is a full body workout with a little bit of everything. You’ll leave feeling the strength pump, the heart pump, and the burn in the abs. Usually focused on 2-3 circuits of 10 exercises, you’ll get a good mixture of everything in this workout

CORE & MORE
CORE & MORE

In our core and more classes, we focus the majority of the class on your abs, being the ‘core’ part, and with the ‘more’ part being a mixture of other things from strength or cardio exercises. Your abs will definitely be on fire after one of these workouts.

MINI CIRCUITS
MINI CIRCUITS

This workout is similar to a circuit but this time we break up the circuit into smaller groups of 3-4 exercises with 3-4 sections which you will cycle (or ‘circuit’) through before moving on to the next mini circuit.

STRENGTH
STRENGTH

Our strength classes are focused on strength movements to help strengthen and tone your body. The workouts can be focused on full body days, upper body days, lower body days, or even a split of muscle groups on other days. You’ll always leave a strength class pumped up and feeling good.

SUPERSETS
SUPERSETS

This workout focuses on you doing 2 exercises at a time until you’re done the sets/time assigned to each superset. Usually there are 5-6 supersets within a workout and you get a bit of everything in every superset

THE BIG FOUR
THE BIG FOUR

This workout focuses on the 4 big types of exercise done in different ways: 1. Upper body. 2. Legs 3. Core. 4. Cardio

TABATA
TABATA

A fast paced workout where you work hard for a period of time focusing on one exercise at a time doing multiple sets of that exercise
